Earlier, he was Narail, Satkhira, Khulna, Pirojpur, Bagerhat, Chuadanga district, Assistant Judge, Senior Assistant Judge, Joint District and Sessions Judge, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chief Judicial Magistrate. During his career he received the 15th judicial administration basic training, the 25th basic training courses, the 120th refreshers courses, the 2nd orientation training in Australia and the Bhopal National Judicial Academy in India. He traveled to Australia and India.
